RDB Robert Düsterwald
I am happy about your attendance. Please allow me some personal remarks to my enterprise.
After many years as business expert, consultant and senior manager based on employee contract, I have founded my own entreprise, the ‚RDB Robert Düsterwald Unternehmensberatung’.
The idea behind that is, to transfer my business knowledge, which I gained within the preceding 24 years, to others. Especially in the area of Project management I have learned, that most notably the famous ‚know-how’ is of high importance besides just technical knowledge.
But ‘know-how’ mostly is not written in textbooks, it is more a bundle of a learning curve, personal emotions and individual reflections. Sincere thinking does not comprise only of queued-up single thoughts, but of reflection, detection of samples, assessment and judgment of personal experiences. This mixture may later lead to effectiveness and efficiency, creativity and mental growth, and older people may even reach the stage of wisdom. But also honesty, integrity and good care about oneself and others are not only indications of a good character, but mainly the result of life-long experience and even ratio.
Based on my experiences as Controller, Project Manager, Auditor und Executive I am convinced, that in the long run some criteria are more essential to personal and professional success than impressive factual knowledge and sales-based eloquence:
It is neither necessary to create something ‘brilliant’, nor is it useful, to just create ‚something’ just to be able to say, ‘the work has been done’. The best thing is, to create simple things that people really want and need!
Of course you do not need to share my opinion, but I would be glad, if you would start thinking about it.
