With a modern and progressive audit approach our reviews or audits are no annoying inspection but help in a constructive manner to identify and specify process risks a well as optimisation potentials without assignments of guilt. Using established and proven methods of Internal Audit, based on standards of IIA and DIIR, we prepare more systematically than others a clear and understandable as-is Analysis of your processes and projects. We will then assess them together with your experts and provide recommendations for improvements.
Based on our Audit recommendations or separately, we will create a solution design, if required with alternative options. Our concepts will be presented in a systematic and comprehensive way and we will recommend the solution which in our opinion fits best.
In the selection process for implementation providers we may accompany you and prepare a raw cost estimation.
Following your request we may support the realisation project in its implementation phase with further advisory services or quality checks. For smaller projects, we may support you in the projects management, and for bigger projects we offer Project Management Audits.
Knowledge Transfer does not mean 'One Way' to us. We communicate our knowledge with own seminars and in-house-trainings and share experience with other companies. This is the base for the continuous improvement of our knowledge database which is used in our daily consulting work. Do you have any questions? We are happy to talk to you!
It has been developed between March 2013 and June 2014 - our KNOWLEDGE DATA BASE. SInce then it is permanently updated. The Data base contains standard processes for our areas of expertise. It is based on an integrated process model, which we have developed by ourselves.
You may certainly imagine that we are a little proud of it, as it does not only contain to-be-processes, but also related success criteria!
Our descriptions reflect practical experiences as well as modern literature and business standards, such as the ‘Neues St. Gallener Management-Modell’, COSO, MaRisk, DCGK, IAA-Standards, PMBoK, P3O, PRINCE2, COBIT and others, just to list some of the relevant ones.
This is in a certain sense our ‚heart blood’, our ‚source code’ - so the DATA BASE is of course unsalable – like the formula for Coca Cola. You would also not sell the results of hundreds of working hours!
But if you are really interested, we may perhaps grant you a ‘live’- glimpse on it – following our principle of transparency. Do you know any other consultants doing that?
